About
Gobi holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Henderson State University and is passionate about building effective teams, and leveraging design thinking to create high performance culture. His cross-cultural exposure and a deep interest in organizational behaviour have added value to his clients and impacted many professionals positively. He is an advocate for people-first organizational culture.
He is currently the subject matter expert with School of Marketing and Management at Asia Pacific University. Gobi also serves as Master Facilitator for Academic Mentoring, and a panel member for ISO 9001: 2015 internal audit for the university. He has previously managed faculty teams at Brickfields Asia College, Petaling Jaya and Inti International College, Kuala Lumpur. He cofounded a training company and spent a few years as a freelance trainer.
Gobi is a member of Maxwell Leadership Certified Team and American Psychological Association . He is a HRD Corp certified trainer and IBM Design Thinking practitioner.
He loves books, travel, yoga, and nature.
